Microsoft Exam Vouchers

Log in to your Microsoft Learn profile and select the exam you want to take. Then choose “Schedule with Pearson VUE.” Complete the registration process until you reach the Payment and Billing page. Click “Add Voucher or Promo Code,” enter your code, and select Apply. Your balance will update to zero.

Most Microsoft vouchers are valid for up to 11 months from the date of issue. You must schedule and take the exam before the expiration date. If your exam date is not decided yet, please ask your executive for the expiry date of the current stock before purchasing.

You can cancel or reschedule your exam up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment without additional charges. Once you are inside the 24-hour window, you cannot cancel or reschedule. If you miss your appointment, the the voucher is canceled, and a refund is not available. This follows the current Microsoft guidelines. If you do not pass on your first attempt, the following cooling-off periods apply:

• 1st Fail: You must wait 24 hours before retaking
• 2nd–4th Fail: You must wait 14 days between each later attempt

Yes. Since a voucher is a prepaid credit code, it is not assigned to one person until it is used to schedule an exam. You can buy a voucher for a friend, relative, or colleague.

It depends on the certification level. Fundamentals-level exams do not require prior experience, while Associate and higher-level exams recommend hands-on experience and basic knowledge of Microsoft technologies.
